REGISTER A GAME (Event Submission)

Thank you for offering your game or event to the attendees. Please complete the form on this page and our Events Coordinator will be in touch with any questions and/or approval of your event for this year's convention. ROCK-CON appreciates our Game Masters and provides a $10 discount on your badge for each slot/session that your approved game runs. This is a great way to reduce your admission fees for the convention (i.e. 1 game Saturday gets you Saturday free admission; 3 games across the weekend or 1 tourney spanning 3 sessions gets you the weekend free).

Policies:

• If you have changes to make on a game that you have already submitted for 2018, please email the staff directly rather than duplicating your submission.
• Please note that games submitted after September 1ST may still be approved but will NOT be available for pre-registration of players, listed in the program and will not qualify for the "Judge's Discount" for admission to the convention.
• The staff will do what we can to meet any table requests or special requirements noted on your submission on a first come, first serve basis.
• If you want to run multiple games on the same set of tables, the games must run in back-to-back slots.
• Please note that set up tables are not available at this time.
• All signage and/or banners for your game must fit on the table.
• The convention schedule allows 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to clean up for each Judge.
• Event submissions will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.
• An invoice will be issued after the close of Event Registration to properly discount the days you are running games from your registration cost. Judge badges MUST be pre-paid to receive the discounted admission. Please email Registration@Rock-Con.com with any questions.
• Payments due can be sent US Postal Mail to our PO Box that will be noted on the invoice. All payments must be received or postmarked by the deadline to receive the pre-registration pricing and ability to sign up for games prior to the convention. Discounts for Military, Police, etc service will be given at the door with valid ID and difference will be refunded via PayPal at the door for those that have prepaid but have necessary ID.
• Assistant Judges / Game Masters will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact Games@Rock-Con.com with any questions.
